To complete its team, the Restaurant of Saint Endréol Golf & Spa Resort**** is looking for a dynamic head waiter/ head waitress on a permanent or fixed-term contract.

CDI - 35h/week (continuous AND intermittent working hours) / 2 days vacation per week

Unhoused position

Your mission:

You are involved in the organization of the service and give operational instructions to the waiters.
You will ensure the smooth running of the meal for the customers you serve, from their arrival until their departure from the restaurant.
You'll welcome guests, take orders, advise them and provide information on the menu.
You ensure the well-being of your customers within the restaurant.

Your profile :

Experience in a similar position
Hotel-restaurant training
Excellent command of French and English
Good knowledge of sommellerie would be an advantage
Thoroughness, speed and sense of customer service
Flexibility: willing to work short shifts
